Oil pulling for teeth
 
Oil pulling is an excellent way to support overall oral health, this simple practice has a way to support the teeth and gums. Support gum, tooth, tongue ache  
Swishing for up to twenty minutes activates the muscles of the cheeks and face.
 
Shelf life: 
3 months after opening, store in a cool, dark, dry place, coconut oil changes due to temperature if its cold coconut oil will be in solid form, if that happens just put it somewhere warm for about 1hr or until it becomes liquid form before use.
 
No preservative, do not add water, do not ingest, discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs, for sensitive skin test patch prior to use.
